I am so honored that you are inviting me to be a part of your walk with God through this audio devotional series where we are going to talk about the Six Things God Cultivates in the Midst of Hardship.
Sometimes life is hard. Have you ever asked God if knows what you’re going through? And if He does, why He isn’t doing anything about it?
In this devotional series, we will unpack Romans 5:1-5 so that you can see what God has to say about your current situation and how He is using your circumstances to grow your relationship with Him. And as we take time together each day, my hope is that you will feel God begin to work in your heart.
Now, please notice, I did not say that God would work in your circumstances because that is not a promise I can make nor one that God makes. He does not promise to make life easy or to make difficult situations less difficult.
But what He does promise is that He will change you and that, my friend, changes everything else.
About the author
I am a busy, audacious, outgoing, sometimes irritable, but always blessed, woman.
A few years after becoming a Believer, I stopped investing in my relationship with the Lord years ago and found myself discontent and angry. I didn’t WANT to be this way, but I just couldn’t “get happy!”
It wasn’t until I started making time for God and His Word every day, praying to Him unashamedly and listening for His response that things started to change. I have come a long way in my walk with Jesus since then and now my hope is to help stressed out, overwhelmed woman find their joy through a relationship with Jesus!
