This 6 week
Connect, Reflect & Pray journal was designed for the busy woman who wants to spend time with God but just needs a little help.
It was designed for you!
What makes this journal different than any you’ve used before?
Connect with God’s Word
Each day, you will connect with scripture by copying specific verses from your Bible into the journal. Each passage was carefully chosen to encourage your faith.
Reflect on God’s Word
Then, read a short reflection on the verses and journal your own thoughts in response to the daily question intended to help you examine your heart and deepen your faith.
Pray God’s Word
Finally, use the provided prayer from scripture to talk to God about what you meditated on that day. Use the additional space provided to personalize the prayer.
Why does writing out scripture and your prayers work?
It slows you down so you focus on the words you are writing.
It helps you to remember what you have written down later on.
It has the effect of encouraging positive thinking and healing.

What Others Are Saying
Thank you, Alison, for the last
30 days. It has been very encouraging to me and I love journaling scripture now!
As a person who makes lists & likes to check off the boxes, I don’t stop & take time for the relationship He wants to have with me. This was exactly what I needed!
I have thoroughly enjoyed this challenge. It has been a refresher to just sit and meditate on every single world that I write out.
What are the benefits of spending time with God daily?
God is the light onto our path and a lamp onto our feet, but we must seek His will for our lives to experience that guidence.
God guards our hearts and minds from falling into temptation
God reminds us that all things work out for good for those who love Him
God gives us strength and peace when we walk through trials on hard days
Hi! I’m Alison
I am a busy, audacious, outgoing, sometimes irritable, but always blessed, woman. Though I have been a Believer for over a decade, I stopped investing in my relationship with the Lord years ago and found myself discontent and angry. I didn’t WANT to be this way, but I just couldn’t “get happy!”
It wasn’t until I started making time for God and His Word every day, praying to Him unashamedly and listening for His response that things started to change. I have come a long way in my walk with Jesus since then!
No matter where you are in your journey, I am excited to walk along with you!
